These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between JeetBet ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("Member", "User"). By accessing JeetBet's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

To open an account with JeetBet, you must provide accurate and complete information. JeetBet reserves the right to close any account registered using false or incorrect details at any time.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by your account tier.
• JeetBet reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• JeetBet is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions during live betting.
• Placing bets on the same match using multiple accounts or identities is strictly prohibited.

Odds Change Policy:

JeetBet reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, its odds will not change. In live betting, odds update in real time, so the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.

JeetBet supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are usually instant — any failed deposit is resolved within 1–2 hours.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals may be held for investigation in the event of suspicious transactions.

General Bonus Rules:

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be used.
• The same member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only available after wagering requirements have been met.

JeetBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. However, bonuses already claimed will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on our platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Stop betting permanently or for an extended period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JeetBet. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Providing false information to claim bonus offers.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Participation in match-fixing or coordinated betting fraud.
• Using automated bots or software on the platform.

You may close your JeetBet account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

JeetBet may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Evidence of submitting false information during the KYC verification process.
• Suspicious betting activity.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 18 months).

JeetBet accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet disconnection.
• Disruptions caused by third-party servers or payment gateways.
• Force majeure events, such as natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

JeetBet's maximum liability for any loss shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

JeetBet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via SMS and email at least 7 days in advance.

Continuing to use JeetBet after updated Terms & Conditions take effect will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, please close your account and withdraw your balance.

JeetBet's decision shall be final in any matter of interpretation or dispute arising from these Terms.
